We only accept refund, return and exchange due to following reasons :
- Products received is incorrect
- Products received is damaged (packaging damaged, food is damaged)
How to request for Refund / Return / Exchange / Replacement ?
- Kindly contact us within 24 hours from the date of receiving your goods by @ +6014-4360366.
- You must receive a confirmation from us BEFORE refund/ returning / exchange / replacement of the products.
- We reserve the rights to reject the request if we conclude that the goods sent is in good condition or the order submitted by the customers is correct.
- All return and exchanged products must be returned in unopened as well as in its original sellable condition with original packing (applicable to sealed products with sealed packaging such as Cookies etc.)
- One to one exchange / replacement will be processed upon showing your receipt.
- If the products you originally purchased had been sold out, we will replace and exchange it for you on the next available date with the exact same product you purchased. No Refund will be Provided.
- We are only able to waive the shipping charges if the exchange and replacement is due to our oversight and mistakes.
